Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received.

Orders will be shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping: Flat Rate of $10. Currently offering Free Shipping on orders above $60 (pre-tax, after discounts).

We try to offer the best shipping rates possible and are in early phases, please bare with us while we find the most viable method.

 

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not see the email.

Incorrect or missing email addresses will prevent tracking updates.

 

Delivery & Liability

Most packages are delivered without requiring a signature. Drivers may leave packages at their discretion.  

Once delivered to the shipping address provided, Ultra Car Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information before completing checkout.
