We currently ship only within the United States.

 

Processing

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of being received. Processing and handling 2-10 business days.

Orders will be shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping: Flat Rate $10 - Orders under 20 lbs

Orders over 20 lbs = $20 Shipping

Free Shipping on orders above $100 (pre-tax, after discounts).

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not see the email.

Incorrect or missing email addresses will prevent tracking updates.

 

Delivery & Liability

Most packages are delivered without requiring a signature. Drivers may leave packages at their discretion.  

Once delivered to the shipping address provided, Ultra Car Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information before completing checkout.
